Join SPIRE for an exclusive behind-the-scenes tour of two prominent San Francisco Financial District properties in partnership with REDCO Development and The Swig Company.

The evening will feature tours of 350 California with Connor Kidd ('03, MBA '08) and 450 California with Chris Freise ('03, MS '10), followed by a conversation on San Francisco’s office market recovery, investment opportunities, and the future of downtown.

The event will conclude with cocktails, appetizers, and networking on the rooftop at 450 California.

350 California (The Swig Company): This 22-story, 300,000-square-foot office tower recently completed major lobby renovations and now features a mezzanine-level amenity center with conference facilities, lounges, game room, and a living wall. The property was also recently recertified LEED.

450 California (REDCO Development): Located at California and Montgomery, this 409,000-square-foot property is being transformed from the former Wells Fargo headquarters into a next-generation workplace destination. Planned amenities include a speakeasy bar within the historic bank vault, martini bar, coffee shop, fitness center, meditation room, bowling alley, restaurant, and sweeping views of the Transamerica Pyramid and San Francisco Bay.
