Northlake Commons Tour with SPIRE

Join SPIRE, University of Washington MSRE alumni and Swinerton for a private tour of Northlake Commons! On the shores of Lake Union, Northlake Commons perfectly combines nature and innovation. As Seattle’s first mass timber office building available for lease, Northlake Commons features 16,000-28,000 square foot floor plans and outdoor spaces on every floor, including a rooftop deck and an outdoor plaza. The building is LEED Platinum certified and will clean 2.6 million gallons of storm water every year.
