The St. Regis Chicago
Overlooking where the Chicago River meets Lake Michigan, The St. Regis Chicago is a 101-story, mixed-use supertall skyscraper, offering the ultimate in luxury living with 393 condominiums and a 192-key, 5-star hotel. Chicago-based and family-owned Magellan Development Group worked alongside world-renowned Jeanne Gang of Chicago’s Studio Gang Architects to build the landmark, also the world’s tallest building designed by a woman. Part of Magellan’s 28-acre Lakeshore East development, The St. Regis opened in 2020 at a cost of $1 billion with the high-end hotel making its debut 
in May 2023.
